At Loyalsock Trail, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made-to-order, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind."
Return Window:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at shop@loyalsocktrail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Damaged/Defective Items: Please include photos of the item and the packaging. We will provide a 100% refund or a free replacement at no cost to you.
- Mislabeled Items: If you receive a size or color different from what you ordered, notify us within 30 days for a corrected replacement.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for damaged or mislabeled items.
